Refund policy
At PickleLicious, we do not accept returns of food products, however, we stand behind our products 100%. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Damaged or Inedible Products:
- In the unfortunate event that you receive a product in damaged condition or find it inedible upon delivery, we will gladly issue a full refund.
- To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at orders@picklelicious.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or inedible item along with your order details.
2. Replacement Option:
- As an alternative to a refund, we offer a replacement for products deemed inedible or received in poor condition.
- If you choose the replacement option, we will dispatch a new product at no additional cost to you.
- To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at orders@picklelicious.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or inedible item, as well as your order details, will be required.
3. Refund Process:
- Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Exception:
- Please note that refunds or replacements are only applicable for products that are genuinely damaged or inedible.
- We cannot issue refunds for dissatisfaction with taste preferences or changes of mind after the product has been delivered.

Any issues with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Note: Products should be refrigerated upon arrival.
For orders that are damaged in shipping?

Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide!
How do you ship?
We ship via FEDEX. For customers on the West Coast we recommend choosing FEDEX 2 Day Select to ensure product freshness. Half Sour pickles will not be very green if shipped via FEDEX Ground to the West Coast.
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday. For orders to the West Coast, we recommend selecting FEDEX 2 Day Select. If a customer requests shipping to the West Coast via FEDEX Ground, those shipments will go out on Mondays only.
Is it ok to send pickles to a warm weather location?
We pack all of our orders with the freshest products available. If you are ordering Half Sour pickles to be sent to someplace that is warm, especially during the summer months, your pickles will not be very green when they arrive. Instead, they will be “turned” due to the heat. Turned pickles are perfectly safe to eat and enjoy. We do include ice packs when we ship our products, but please understand that you will not get cucumber-like, bright green pickles if you order Half Sours.
Refunds will not be given due to “turned” pickles as there is nothing wrong with the quality.
Do you ship during the summer months?
Depending on the weather, we will continue to ship via UPS using ice packs and insulated bags. We recommend shipping via UPS 3 Day Select if you are shipping to the West Coast. We will always make sure the product can sustain the weather before deciding to ship.
My pickles arrived warm, are they still safe to eat?
Yes! Our pickles can be in transit for up to a week with no refrigeration and still be perfectly safe to eat. As a fermented product, the pickles will continue to ferment in the jar and may “turn” in color, but this is perfectly safe. We do our best to ensure product quality with every order and will make sure that it can sustain the weather before shipping. Refunds will not be given due to “turned” pickles as there is nothing wrong with the quality.
